To apply for a Year 12 Sixth Form place at Bradford Grammar School, please complete this form and click submit.

Please note there is a non refundable card payment of £75 (including VAT) to be made on completion of this form.

We welcome numerous students into Sixth Form from a wide range of schools. You will be invited to a taster morning and an informal interview so we can find out more about you, your interests and your talents. We will also ask to see recent school reports and will request a reference from your current school, including your predicted GCSE grades.
