Ever since its foundation in 1548 to the present day, Bradford Grammar School has been fully committed to benefiting the wider community, both locally in Bradford and further afield nationally and internationally.
Our aim is to extend school life into the community in order to provide a benefit to the public both at home and abroad in many varied ways.
This commitment to community is demonstrated through academic and sports academies, swimming and lifeguarding courses, volunteering, fundraising for charitable causes, business enterprise, inter school activities as well as teaching courses and conferences.
The school also makes its facilities and resources available to the public in order to support and host local sports clubs and academies, children’s holiday camps, fundraising events, training courses, conference and banquets.
The Bradford Grammar School community past and present prides itself on its commitment to the bursary fund which provides essential financial support for a significant number of pupils from across the community to enter our school each year.
