Admissions

Year 5 (9+), Year 6 (10+), (Junior School) Year 7 (11+), Year 8 (12+), Year 9 (13+) (Senior School)

The Entrance Examination is held in January each year and comprises of tests in Mathematics and English. Specimen questions are sent out on request and are automatically forwarded with the confirmation details prior to the examination.

Year 2 (6+), Year 3 (7+), Year 4 (8+)

Entry is by way of an in-school assessment. The Year 2 assessments take place before the end of the Spring term and the Year 3 and Year 4 assessments in January. Further details of all assessments are available upon request.

Pupils who progress from Junior School to the Senior School will not be required to sit the11+ (Year 7) Entrance Examination.

Sixth Form

Girls and boys join the Sixth Form on the basis of an interview and GCSE results.

Instrumental Music
