Entry to Bradford Grammar Junior School at Years 2, 3 and 4 (age 6, 7 and 8) is by assessment. Your child will be invited to come into school for a day where they are taught and observed by our teachers. Children really enjoy this day and often do not realise that they are being assessed, coming away feeling happy and enthused.
Following the assessment day, you will hear from us letting you know if your child has been successful.
Entry to Bradford Grammar Junior School at Years 5 and 6 (age 9 and 10) is by entrance examination and involves tests in Maths and English. Pupils who progress from Bradford Grammar School Junior School to the Senior School are not required to sit the 11+ entrance exam.
Following the entrance exam you should hear from us within seven days, letting you know if your child has been successful.
