Each pupil belongs to one of four Houses, which gives them the opportunity to meet and interact with peers of all ages.   Houses include:

  • Bradford
  • Founders
  • Freeman
  • Royal

Each house has a House Captain and Vice-Captain.  They are supported by allocated members of staff and meet weekly. Pupils are given a House badge for their blazer in their House colour to foster a sense of belonging.

Awards are given for good school work, achievements, outstanding effort and good behaviour in our weekly celebration assembly.

A sense of belonging

House competitions are held throughout the year in sport, music and other exciting activities. House points are given for all sorts of positive achievements and at the end of each term the House with the most points wins the House Trophy.
