On Thursday 29 and Friday 30 March, the Hockney Theatre will play host to 'The Hit Machine' a new and original musical which spotlights the greatest number 1 hit records of the last 50 years. The show features soloists, choirs, dancers, a narrator and a 16 piece band. Tickets may be obtained from Reception or a member of the Music Department. It promises to be a fabulous show and there are only 240 seats avalable per performance, so to avoid disappointment get your tickets booked as soon as possible.
Tickets are selling fast for the BGS Tennis & Netball May Ball. With just ten tables still available in the Price Hall on the evening of Saturday 19 May.
The Sponsored Swim for Kenya will take place on Saturday 31 March in the pool at BGS. We have teamed up with the One in a Million and BASIK charities to raise money for a school in the Mathare slum in Nairobi. To book a time slot and receive your sponsorship information pack please email Craig McHugh as soon as possible.
The BGS Tennis Parents' Association invite you to their Annual Quiz Night taking place on Friday 15 June. Following a competitive first quiz in January, teams are already being entered for the second quiz. There is a limit of 25 teams of 4 in the Pavilion. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
There will be spaces on the next course of swimming lessons with the BGS Swimming Academy. Courses last for 8 weeks at a cost of £28 and take place on a Tuesday from 4 til 5pm. Please email Bryan Townsend for further information.

Please find attached details of the FoCH Charity Family Fun Event being held in the Dining Hall on Saturday 5 May. Quizzes and games for all ages, an Indian buffet and licensed bar. All proceeds go to support Kenyan slum chidren.

Race for Life
Following the huge success of our last two years entry into the Race for Life, we are once again entering a team. The all-female Race for Life takes place in Lister Park on Sunday 17 June at 10:30am followed by refreshments in the Price Hall. Whether you are a runner or a walker, come along and enjoy this great event as well as supporting a worthy cause.
